Specialized Bombs (for specific situations)

So I had an idea, might be good, probably isn't or is.
How about bomb like ammo that doesn't do any dmg but lowers specific resistance on target and/or another type which targets specifically shields/armor/modules, even though it benefits all this could be good for surprise small gangs vs larger blobs allowing them to annihilate them very quick in surprise attacks.

They will be used by bomb launcher 2 for these bombs
Basically when a ship is hit by them it will be marked by a specific property.

Acid property.

-Single Target
-On contact deteriorates armor, dealing no dmg but lowering explosive resistance by 15%
-Prevents armor from being repaired for 3 secs.
-Ships marked by this cannot have it reapplied for 15 secs.

Heat property

-Single Target
-On contact ignites ships dealing no dmg to the ship, lowers thermal resistance by 10%
-Prevents module overheating for 5 secs.
-25% module heat dmg
-60 sec timer.

Kinetic energy

-AOE
-lowers armor kinect resit by 10%
-Prevents the usage of propulsion modules, gradually decelerates ship to 0 m/s over 4 secs.
-Travels up to grid distance has to be activated again for detonation.

EMP grenade

-AOE
-lowers shield EMP resist by 15%
-Removes one (random) lock from each ship affected
-destabilizes area preventing further EMP grenades to be deployed for 60 secs.
-destabilizes area preventing Warp ins for 15 sec.

When it comes to bombs (a subject very near and dear to my heart) im very picky.

Ill only support the addition of tech 2 bombs, and in 2 flavors each (like the t2 ammos): A Higher damage (25%), significantly reduced radius (7.5km vs 15km for t1) variant and a much lower damage, increased ability to affect smaller targets (expl velocity or such) variant. I.e Rage bomb and precision bomb.The lock breaker and void bombs could also get t2 variants, but might be too OP if their current stats were buffed without significant drawbacks. t2 bombs would only be able to be used with t2 bomb launcher, and the bombs would take up 1.5x t1 bomb volume, meaning you could fit 3 t1 bombs, or only 2 t2 bombs.

This would be the only bomb idea I would support, anything with multiple effects like the OP would be overpowered and would be quickly nerfed into uselessness vs standard bombs.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

T2 bombs would be welcomed to give bombs more specialization and ones to affect smaller targets are pretty good idea, but would you see any use to the EMP bomb if implemented somehow? say if a small gang (10-20) vs an escalating force of 40+ throwing it to delay incoming reinforcements.
