In-Game Events and Gatherings

Greetings many people of this universe!

Events in Eve are great fun, we all know it - typically because of its break from the norm, unpredictability and the shared community enjoyment in completing events.

Sadly a lot of events aren't awfully well advertised - you normally will see a post on the forum here, a post on a personal website, tweets and maybe a discussion in a channel in-game.

The "FCORD" Mailing List is being expanded now to include public events across New Eden as well as just CCP related/news/lore/dev related events.

So events such as the upcoming RvB Ganked 100 and Stay Frosty's frigate Free for all have both had mails sent out on this mailing list letting people know about them!

So why am i making a post?

2 reasons! -
1st) If you fancy a break from the norm and have interests in Events across New Eden then feel free to join up!

If your hosting a public event somewhere across the galaxy, drop me an eve-mail, poke me on twitter (@blind_hope) or join the "Live Events" channel in game and ask for one of the marshals and we will drop a mail round letting everyone else know!

I'm in the process of writing up a few wiki articles for events as well finishing the live events website (soon) to try and help spreading knowledge of events, so new things coming soon!
