Post Rubicon Command Ships for Level 4 Missions

Pre-Rubicon the Sleipnir got the consensus vote for best command ship for level 4 missions. Wondering where we stood post Rubicon given the balance changes favored other command ships.

(Please don't reply with BS or Tengu comments, was just looking for opinions on current command ships, thanks.)

Sleipnir is a great boat, the tank is good, not sure about either Arty dps (application) and AC range.

The NH sucks bottom, due to HM range, DPS isnt terrible, but with range issues makes it not a great choice.

The Sleip be a good support boat for 4's as opposed to a 1 man kill machine.

i took a few munites to run the sleipnir through EFT. with a decent fit, you get some 400-450 artillery dps with surprisingly decent projection. while this is nowhere near a good number, it can get you through lvl4s, especially if you add in drones and whatever missile launchers you want to put in the remaining high slots. that said, even a faction battlecruiser like the navy drake should perform a lot better.

I should buy an Ishtar.
