I went to the store and saw a copy of monopoly and instead of the usual cash bin/funny money it had a card swiper and credit cards.

And Risk had plastic cast army mans rather than roman numerals you just put all over the board.

Way back when I started playing Risk the game board didn't even have the North and South American continents on it cause they hadn't even been discovered yet. Lol, seriously, we played with wooden cubes. But often we actually played outside. Yes, you momma's basement dwelling neckbeards, Outside isn't just a legend spoken of in whispers by ancients such as myself. Seek the door at the top of the stairs. Outside is beyond. Go there and be free!
It will take most of you folk a few minutes for your eyes to adjust to actual real sunlight, but you'll be fine. I remember when Pong came out. It was the beginning of the end.
Of course, this vast experience allows me to post with...ah....Oh, forget it.....I'm going outside.

That is so cool. We'd play on the picnic table in the backyard . Summer mornings before the swimming pools opened...man...I miss those days. Never could get used to the plastic pieces though. Nothing like the warm, solid feel of wood.

New players: Hang in there. Use your imagination. Remember: The faster you go, the behinder you get.

We must accommodate the idiocracy.
