We have many very experienced pilots including several long-time alliance and coalition level FCs who are willing and able to help train new players. That said, we do need our recruits to be able to fly at least a few of the doctrines we use on a regular basis. So we aren't really looking for week-old characters; our skill point minimum could be waived in certain circumstances but not by a large amount.
