EVE Camera freezes after hitting esc key.

So if I hit esc ingame or before at the login screen the camera ingame freezes I can still chat and if I open the market or anything else that gets freezed aswell.
When I undock i just get a black screen but can still see brackets.

Already cleared my cache and started the repair.exe which just says that eve is repaired after 3 seconds.

Restarting the PC did the job.
