Was reading this interesting article, and had to wonder...."What this would do to Eve online..or even CCP for that matter?".

Anyways, give it a glance through. You may not agree with some of it, but as a person who works in a customer service industry, I can tell you that most of these are right on.

The title isn't meant to insult, but I did find it to be appropriately named.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?
