Anti-Aliasing not working

As far as I can remember, every time I return to EVE, anti-aliasing doesn't work, at least not in windowed mode (currently it doesn't seem to work in either mode). This is very frustrating as it really makes the game look pretty ugly, and AA is something that should just work.

This issue has persisted for me across at least 3 graphics cards (2 ATIs and my current GeForce GTX 770) and 3 operating systems (Windows XP, 7 and 8). Whether I let EVE control AA or enhance/override in the driver (Catalyst or NVIDIA Control Panel respectively) , nothing works. Jagginess and annoying shimmering all around.

I don't really know what else to try here, so yeah, please fix your **** CCP :/
