EVE Alliance Tournament Discussion

I am doing this out of habit. Since you are really close to a perfect tournament pilot you might want to just bite the bullet and go all the way. You will want all races of ships and weapons and eventually T2 ganglinks. It will likely help you greatly in finding a team as flexibility is super important in smaller teams. You are at the stage where you can just set your skillsheet to show all skills and train the combat-related ones you don't have.

if you had weapon spec 4 in all weapons and EAF 4, Minmatar ships 5... . Focus on looking to fly all ships with level 4 skills, and once you find a team just focus your training to your role.

The only real decision to make is when to train ganglinks as it is usually a half year investment. For you I would likely train it after you get all your racial skills.
