It's not that bad, but I would like it even more if they traded camo with mordus legion. That blueish camouflage is actually kinda nice.

Yay new camo comet, yay new camo Hookbilll. Would I prefer the cop skin and blinky lights? Personally yes. Do the new skins do a horrible job unifying their respective military fleets? No. They look good for what they represent. Could this be a horrible opinion? **** if I care but that seems to be the way it is.
And judging from Dalloway's avatar, I cant say much for your taste either.

Stop ******* whining.

The comet is a perfectly functional frigate. What colors it has on it do not impact it's performance.

If they impact your performance because you, for some reason, can't deal with having a differently textured ship that's not a police comet, then the problem is entirely on your end, not that of the ship's.

I respectfully disagree. The people who put space camo on my comet, ENI, VNI and other Gallente faction ships have the worst taste imaginable!

Well, it wouldn't have been this much of a problem if they hadn't also made an extremely pretty comet texture for the NPCs while giving us the crappy one. And the work needed to give the navy comet the NPC comet texture can't be that much right?

Until CCP puts in space jungles, camo paint has no purpose in this game as it doesnt help ship out. Therfore camo paint jobs reduce ship functionality.

Plus, it just looks ugly now.

The old police skin just looked ********, made no sense to a navy ship. Seems to me they were just lazy and reused the custom's office one. Now it is badass.

The digital blue camo across the Caldari Navy also looks badass. Stop complaining about the Hookbil, and marvel on the consistency of the skins now (all Gallente green, all Caldari blue, no green Minmatar, etc.).

What.. on earth.

The new Comet looks just. awful. It was actually quite a stylish ship and now it looks really terrible.


For some people, looks are function. I don't play just to blow up people in whatever ugly metal sack I have flying around. I play to enjoy using very cool looking ships. I can't do that if the very cool looking ships are replaced by snot smeared on a barrel. That is what the Comet looks like now; tell me I'm wrong.

God damn, what a nerf.
