Firstly, lets start with this:
With the Warp speed changes, is it finally time to make more Warp navigation skills?
-Maybe a skill that does 1-2% warp speed per level?
-I will also need to check the math of how the new mechanics work, but not only a speed boost skill, but a warp acceleration one too?

a 5% bonus per level would be over powered IMO. 8 AU/s interceptors? You mean 10 au/s before mods (think of the effects after implants and rigs)!

This leads up to the implants in the title, or an issue (i guess):

Ascendancy doesn't do enough or the WS-6xx series is too powerful.
Using PYFA, i did a check, the fastest you can clock a cepter at. However i found you are better with a WS-618 instead of an Omega on a high grade set. Also the WS-615 is equal to having an omega.


So if you paid the 1.2b for an omega, you could have actually saved 600m isk and become faster with a WS-618.
Or even more shocking, you could have saved 1 billion isk and get the same results as the omega with a WS-615.

The WS-6xx series giving better results than an Omega is an issue, but I don't think anything needs more warpspeed for the time being. Things seem balanced enough, but we're still just a month in.

I'd be fine with this, but only if base warp speed is nerfed as well.
