Issues, Workarounds & Localization

For the last few days I've been getting constant disconnects when playing Eve. Effectively the game has become unplayable, I've tried repairing, doing clean boots, and of course, updating my drivers and have had no improvement.

I've also tried filing a support ticket via https://community.eveonline.com/support/support-tickets and keep on getting a 500 error.

Id post my logserver here but there is no way to attach files to posts, but I'm getting burned out quickly on the issue.

Right now I feel like I'm just being given the run around. Here's our number for technical support. I call the number. That number is not in service.

Oh yea, AND THE STICKY HAS STILL NOT BEEN FIXED!

Known Issues forum guidelines and information (MUST READ) still has dead links and mislinks.
The known issues link just goes to a 404 error.
Logserver link misdirects to bugreporting generic page.
Dump Files link misdirects to generic knowledge base page
Dxdiag.txt link gives a server error page.
