Nightmare for profit

Hey guys,

Partly as a procurement experiment and partly as a way to save ISK in not-isk form (it burns holes in my pockets) I decided to build a bling fit nightmare designed roughly for incursions/lvl 4's/Anom Ratting in null. Problem is though I have the skills to fly it, my nulsec home is a mess of wars and I have no level 4 agents. Besides, I'm a terrible carebear...

Anyway, looking for hints on a good nightmare fit TO SELL. I know from my learnings that it's not the perfect fit, but it should look it. So far my fit is:

HI:
4x Imp Navy Tachyon beam laser
MED:
1x DG EM field
1x DG Thermal field
1x Adaptive invuln
1x Pith A-type XL booster
1x MJD
LOW:
3x Imp Navy Heatsink
2x TS Power diagnostic

Rigs: None

Almost all of these items came from loot drops, cheap market pickups or LP cashouts. The Nightmare itself was a blueprint I found, built from my own mined ore. The hardeners can be swapped pretty easily and the ship sale will probably come with a full set of DG hardeners for mission runners.

So my question follows; I have currently 2x tech 2 large CCC rigs (homemade ofc). Thinking of strapping them both on and then just adding an Anti-EM rig to top it off, But I don't know how cap stable the NM is though and maybe rigs plus the TS PDUs is a bit of overkill. Also how does a faction tracking computer and a faction/deadspace shield boost amp sound to fill up the mids? And finally, what do carebears put in the utility highs?
Any feedback would be great. Cheers!

If you're planning to sell it, just sell the hull, modules, and rigs separately. There's no point building a fit if you're planning to sell it, most people would prefer buying an unfit hull and fitting it themselves. If you live in nullsec, I'm sure there's someone who does JF runs to highsec, so you can just piggy back one of those to get your stuff to Jita, and sell the pieces individually.

If you insist on selling it as a fit, here's a L4 mission fit that I used to use:

[Nightmare, L4s]

Imperial Navy Heat Sink
Imperial Navy Heat Sink
Imperial Navy Heat Sink
Heat Sink II
Tracking Enhancer II

Pith C-Type X-Large Shield Booster
EM Ward Field II
EM Ward Field II
Thermic Dissipation Field II
Heavy Capacitor Booster II, Cap Booster 800
Tracking Computer II, Optimal Range Script
Tracking Computer II, Optimal Range Script

Tachyon Beam Laser II, Imperial Navy Multifrequency L
Tachyon Beam Laser II, Imperial Navy Multifrequency L
Tachyon Beam Laser II, Imperial Navy Multifrequency L
Tachyon Beam Laser II, Imperial Navy Multifrequency L
[Empty High slot]
[Empty High slot]

Large Energy Discharge Elutriation II
Large Capacitor Control Circuit I
Large Capacitor Control Circuit I

Hammerhead II x5
Hobgoblin II x5

Switching to IN Tachs would actually be welcome because they use much less cap and you can switch the CCC rigs for something that's actually useful like an optimal range gun rig or a shield rig. Pimping up the tank with the A-type booster is unnecessary and makes you more of a gank magnet, you're definitely better off selling those seperately. As for your DG hardeners, you can slap them on because they consume less cap which is useful in a Nightmare but honestly I'd just sell em separately.

I don't have much incursion experience but I'd imagine you'd fit it something like this for long range dps in HQ sites:

[Nightmare, Incursion]

Heat Sink II
Heat Sink II
Heat Sink II
Heat Sink II
Tracking Enhancer II

Adaptive Invulnerability Field II
Adaptive Invulnerability Field II
EM Ward Field II
Thermic Dissipation Field II
Tracking Computer II
Tracking Computer II
Sensor Booster II

Tachyon Beam Laser II, Imperial Navy Multifrequency L
Tachyon Beam Laser II, Imperial Navy Multifrequency L
Tachyon Beam Laser II, Imperial Navy Multifrequency L
Tachyon Beam Laser II, Imperial Navy Multifrequency L
Large Remote Capacitor Transmitter II
Large Remote Capacitor Transmitter II

Large Anti-Kinetic Screen Reinforcer II
Large Energy Discharge Elutriation II
Large Energy Discharge Elutriation I

This is more of a base fit as I'm pretty sure Incursion runners pimp it up to get more out of the ship.

^ Contact the incursion networks for their proposed fittings or ask around for the earlier ones. Incursion nightmare is easier to sell than a L4 one.

I can tell you right off the bat you are looking for 4x faction damage mods, some tracking computers, t2 lasers, and that the rig choise might go very wrong like that (probably looking at a t2 rate of fire rig).

I would just sell it all separately as has already been suggested. Incursion fit is so different from what a lvl 4 or anom fit would be that you can't make anything close to an 'all in one' type of fit. You want to use T2 guns anyways, easier than ever to train for T2 large guns now.

in addition to what has been said, keep in mind that since rubicon, the paladin outshines the nightmare as a mission ship by quite a bit. not so in incursions though.

I should buy an Ishtar.

you should build it in eft, have a good ****, and then sell the parts separately without wasting time assembling it in game.
