Looking for a carrier pilot to rat/run anoms and pvp

Needs-------------
Drone interfacing 5
sentry drone interfacing 5
combat drone operation 4 (or higher)
Electronic warfare drone interfacing 4 (or higher)
Advanced drone interfacing 4 (or higher)
drone sharpshooting 4 (or higher)
Drone navigation 4 (or higher)
Carrier 4 (or higher)
capacitor skills and fitting skills 5
jump cal 5
it also needs proper tank skills and the ability to use its capital armor rep.
Skills that are nice---------
target management 4 or higher
mechanics 5
shield management 5
hull upgrades 5
t2 subcap ships


budget 20b can go a little higher if the toon is exceptional.
