Fitting ships sans skills

Is there a way to outfit ships on characters without the skills?

I'm trying to pick up a few ships and outfit them before transporting them on my orca alt. Would be ideal if I could just slap the modules on and put them in my SMA.

Trade the ships to someone who can, then trade back. Pretty much the only option.

Modules? No. Rigs, yes.

Characters without the right skill can make use of the rigs but cannot install the rigs themselves, which is what the OP is asking.
