I think the only thing that should happen is that high sec Gallente militia stations should be locked to non-Gallente FW players. Every other station could be open to them, but watching a Caldari player undock and dock in a Gallente militia station after shooting Gallente ships is quite absurd.

All my yes. Nothing makes sense about a Gallente militia pilot docking in a Caldari station, or a Caldari in a Gallente. After all, they are at war. Why would the station just go "Oh, hey there enemy of my people, how would you like to wander on in and use the market and the ship fitter and the repair bays and the insurance offices with no issue whatsoever, not even any risk of being arrested as a war criminal by local authorities and your ship confiscated while you're docked?"

Most of you guys wrong thinking about game mechanics.

Game mechanics is what it is, it does not matter if it does not make any sense, it is what it is and it might have some other reason than you could 1st think behind it.

Anyway it does not matter if it is had clear logic behind it or not, it is same for all players and those who can play by mechanics will win. CCP goals and reasons for some mechanics are not even told to players but those keep game working somehow.

Usually those who can not play by mechanics tend to twist rules even if they play solitaire, same happens in EVE , players who are not being able to play by current mechanics cry out loud that something has to be changed, no matter if mechanics are really broken or not.

FW ganking in highsec does not really prevent or broke any game play in FW or anywhere else, it only brings more complexity which is always good.
