Recently Sola Azor, the Chancellor of the Barony of Vulnezia which is a small Amarr state on KorAzor Prime, gave a speech to officially announce something unique in the Amarr armed forces, recruiting capsuleers into the state navy.

"War has had a negative impact on many ruling families on Kor-Azor. That is why the Baroness Vulna liv Tosh, in her infinite wisdom and grace has ordered Vulnezia state surplus food and resources to be given out to other Kor-Azor states in need.

Vulnezia has experienced an economic boon because of its thriving space industry and planet resource gathering. This has all been made possible by outside banking investors coupled with a growing State Space Navy known as the Armada of Vulnezia.

I would also like to announce proudly that the government of Vulnezia along with the Grand Admiral General of the Armada have officially authorized the recruitment of capsuleers into the state fleet. Vulnezia is a progressive state that believes the future of unity and prosperity in the universe relies now on help from capsuleers. Vulnezia is the first Amarr state that officially accepts these brave pioneers into its military and we hope will start a discussion to allow capsuleers to serve in the Imperial Navy as well.

The amount of food relief has been classified and details on the recruitment of capsuleers into an Imperial states navy has also not been released to the public. Rest assured the Baroness has the best interests of all people and the Empire in mind.
