Launcher Will Not Patch

I just logged in for the first time for today (12/30/12) and I see that there is a new patch. I try updating it, but on step 2/4, this error message occurs:

The server you are connecting to could not be reached.

Please check your internet settings and restart the EVE Launcher.

The URL that could not be reached was:
http://cdn1.eveonline.com/677652/RepairData_677652.dat

I am running Windows 8, 64-bit. I tried restarting the launcher but no success. Any help?
