Change in a trade window | Please implement asap

Hey CCP,

I just wanted to tell you that you should definitely change the way trade is done now.

When you trade on steam or on any other game, and other party change any goods in window you get a big warning message like "Are you sure you want to trade, because it's the other deal now!". And here in Eve it's too easy to get scammed.

Please fix this asap. When somebody change the ISK amount or goods in window please give a warning message as well. It's not that hard and will approve that you care for your subs. TY.

Because there absolutely are no pop ups when you use the trade window....right?

Hey CCP , could you add a special subforum for new ideas and stuff that people like to see changed ?

Maybe call it feautures and ideas or something along that line .You know , just a place for us to post them so we don't go to random subforums and adress everyone as ''hey ccp'' .

You do realize that no one reads pop-up windows anyway right? In fact, there is already a pop-up warning if you are buying or selling something significantly outside the average. You probably turned it off, like most people because it is annoying.

escape/reset settings look for whatever and turn it back on.

My choice of pronouns is based on your avatar. Even if I know what is behind the avatar.

It may be an idea to have the amounts and info in large letters, and any changes to the amount could be linked to a colour change, to make it more apparent.

Many other such minor changes have been made to other parts of the game, so why not the trade window? If a change minimizes the risk of a scam, I think it may be considered. Such changes are useful mostly for newer players, which is all the more reason to consider change.

There are several ways to trade with other players.
1. The market. this comes with taxes but u get plenty of time to check what you are buying. People still get scammed though because people are idiots.
2. Contracts. allow more complex trades and give you plenty of time blah blah.
3. Player to player trading with no tax in station. Used for trading with alts, gifting stuff to corp mates and scams. It appears you used it for the 3rd purpose. Next time use market or contracts. Hope the lesson wasn't too costly.
