t1 non-faction BS for level 4's that are low-sp friendly.

Amarr Turret - apoc. navy version and abaddon are good too but start with apoc.
Amarr Drone - Armageddon. Its cool, but its an inferior drone ship to the dominix in every way.
Gallente Turret - Hyperion. Not sure how well the t1 mega works, but the navy mega is definitely a good rail platform.
Gallente Drone - Dominix. It was an excellent mission runner in the days of olde, and now its stronger than ever.
Caldari Turret - Who the hell flies turret caldari ships that either doesn't have missile skills or doesn't have a better turret race trained up? Rokh is the only option here, and there's no real upgrade path.
Caldari Missile - Raven Raven Raven. Raven is doing better than it once did, and you can upgrade to CNR SNI or Golem.
Minmatar Turret - Maelstrom. Its good. Upgrade to vargur or machariel.
Minmatar Drone - Typhoon. Its has no drone bonus but you need missiles and sentries to get good use from it. Can be quite good. Fleet version can be quite good.
