Interested in life as a mercenary but still finding your place in the world? Or maybe you're a veteran player looking to shake off the rust? Join us in Noir. Academy to hone your skills, travel the galaxy, and work to become part of the most revered mercenary alliance in the history of EVE Online.

We have a newly revamped curriculum developed to help train and prepare you for what life as a mercenary demands. There is literally no other program like this one.

Noir. Academy Minimum Requirements:
No griefing.
A passion and patience for learning
Willingness to PVP, to kill and be killed.
Mature personality and professional demeanor
Ability to use voice comms
Able to fly all T2 Frigates of any one race, a completely T2 fit armor cruiser, and a completely T2 fit shield cruiser.
50 or more kills.
Understanding of basic game mechanics
Fly at least 10-15 or more hours a week.
Applications are accepted on the 1st-4th and 15-18th of every month.

We operate everywhere. If we get a high-sec contract you won't catch us camping the 4-4 undock. That market is well covered by our dedicated High-sec counterparts.

We don't currently have an Australian division, but it's something we've wanted for quite a while. The problem stems from the fact that it's hard to create one without having Australians who want to help create one!

If you think you could survive solo for a short time while we build it up, it may be worth your time.

Pretty much this. We have a lot of late night US players who would love to have PacRim actives to play with and help take a leading role in building our capabilities there. We've had quite a few over the years and while they all have nice things to say about Noir. they tend to get picked off by all-Australian corps ;p

If you're a self starter with solo/small gang skills and ambition, it'd be a good opportunity for you.

EDIT: as to how big we'd want it to be, i'd love it if we could field 25 strong ^^ It's fun to dream...
