Op, this is a sandbox, where the best content is the content you make.

If you are operating solo, you are playing with a handicap. Don't expect sympathy for choosing such a path, as you'll get none.

Now, to address your points:

Missions are boring? Why? If they are too easy, use a subpar ship to run them. If they are too repetitive, try different factions and cosmos and the storyline arch missions. If you find shooting NPC's boring, then don't do missions.

Want activities? So missioning and mining are boring, try trading, manufacturing, PvP, exploration, or make your own goals. There are "space monuments" and sites for you to visit all over new eden, with lots of planets and backgrounds and aspects to explore. Do so!

Visit every system, get a solo kill in every ship, be a pain in the ass to some random player, help a noob learn the game, whatever. The world is open, and you simply need to make a path and walk it. As a solo player, some paths will be hard or tedious, so either accept the challenge or try a new path. Complaining that EvE sucks won't change anything, and doesn't help you.

This. This is good. As a solo wormhole player I commend you for understanding EVE. Bear
