Hey folks. Good to be back in the game, played it for a few almost 3 months awhile back but due to work and travel had to stop for awhile. I was excited to get back and play, logged on, jumped in my Domi and dont' know what I was thinking. I remember loving using drones for everything. I ran a few lvl3's, and for some reason I was getting irritated using drones, not sure why.

So I jumped in my old Omen and decided to kind of start over mission wise. Starting at level 1's in Amarr Space and just working my way up. Anyways, back to my question, my standing for Amarr Navy is at .64. When do level2's unlock, is it at 1.0? I asked in game a few times and people just kept telling me.... well to make a long story short, I didn't get a good answer. So I thought I would ask here.

Thanks and good to be back so far.

If you right click on a level 2 agent it will show you the requirements you need to use that agent.

Clicky on yellow agent name;
Clicky on agent info tab;
???? = Read.
Profit. :D

Also, Seems like you do not have connections trained, I recommend that you train it to at least 3, you will save yourself some time. :)

Connections, FYI, increases your current standing with a corp that likes you.

So say you have a standings of 0.1 with a corp, then you'll get a bonus of ((10-0.1)*connections_bonus) to your standing. This makes a big difference when you're making your first steps towards level 2,3 and 4 agents. :)

Hello Angela Spears and welcome back!

The list of standings required to use agents of various levels can be found here (so yeah, you need to have at least 1.0 standing for the level 2 agents, not taking skills into account).

On a related note, this summer the agent division system was simplified a bit; you can read about the changes in this dev blog.

For Mission Agents

Standing to Agent's NPC corp requirements.
level 1 no standing required
level 2 1.0 or higher
level 3 3.0 or higher
level 4 5.0 or higher
level 5 7.0 or higher

Everytime you buy something that says "made in china" you are helping the rising unemployment in your own country unless you are from china, Buy locally produced goods and help create more jobs.

For level 2-5 agents you also need to have faction standing higher than -2.0. If faction standing is lower than -2, only level 1 agents are available regardless of how high your agent or corporation standings are.

I like to look for agents using http://eve-agents.com/ which shows standing and location.
