5 mil a tick isn't great, although it depends on where you are and what types of ratting you have access to. Some initial thoughts:

What does EFT give you for DPS output and tank? EFT isn't everything, but its a good start to working on fits.

Are you running your boosters so heavily that you need a heavy cap booster, XL shield booster and amp? If you can downgrade to an unamplified large booster and fit another rat-specific hardener that might give you better effective tanking, and might also allow you to remove the cap booster altogether. It also may mitigate your CPU limitations and let you drop one or both of the overclocking rigs.

You have 4 damage mods and a damage rig, the stacking penalties probably make at least one of these more or less redundant. Consider what else you may be able to use those slots for.

How much time are you wasting running back to station to stock up on cap charges? Cap boosting is generally a bad plan for sustained PvE for this reason, you may wish to look into options for passive cap-stability fits.

Are you using the correct ammo type for the rat type and range at which you engage?

Every time you post a WiS thread, Hilmar strangles a kitten.

Something is wrong with your fit if you're using overclocking rigs. Also you should probably replace one gyro and the damage control with tracking enhancers. You have nothing to extend your falloff so you're probably getting low effective dps.

I tried a similar fit a while back with a Pith C-type XL booster with level 5's in gunnery and minmatar BS, and I still found it chewed through cap boosters too fast to get good performance on Havens or Sanctums (although it smashed lower anomalies). Given the opportunity for sanctum running again, I would definitely go for a Machariel (or a sentry boat as a cheaper option).

No need for the Xlarge sheild booster. The large should suffice
