Back to EVE after 3 years, should I start over with a new character?

Getting podded isn't too big of a deal and it won't happen every time you pvp. As long as you select a celestial when you see you are gonna go down, spam warp and when ship pops you will get out. If in a bubble or there is an instalock ship then bye bye pod but it is just a few mil if you have a no implant clone or like 50 mil with all +3's. Your 40mil sp character should be able to make you plenty to replace frigs, cruisers, and pods anyways. Find a good corp that will help you learn the ropes again or join eve uni or brave newbies.
