The standings on the API key are open and enabled. This character, literally, has no standings with anyone. I think that's why it looks empty / disabled.

There are no standing with Gallente. This character has not run missions so the standings don't even exist. The API does have standings turned on. So the answer to your question is the standings are perfectly neutral.

for which such a price? for what you had to learn the Marauders? Guys, how can you! variation in skills (pvp, pve), not all studies that need time to learn what is great, but bad and sell for such prices! nonsense!
