I did have a kind of neoplasm 5 years ago, guess that is quite malignant :(

I really hate bullies, caused me problems in the past, but the worst thing is what they do to my friends minds. not as strong as mine.
when i was in primary school as a kid i could simply beat these dickheads up, solving the problem, but as time went on physical violence (to those often physically violent to their victims) was no longer an option.

This tone and is the set up, it implies that there is some sort of official meaning to his words. I am greater than tho. It also implies an unbiased or professional view from the speaker, when the following statements are anything but.

This is conjecture presented as fact. 'i know' implies fact. 'had a problem' does two things. One it says that the other person (the victim) is at fault, and 2, that the professional is describing this 'fact'. Stockholm syndrome isn't my thing, but lets go on.

as that was my first professional opinion.

continuation of the softening of the target, i like the use of 'my first'. continuing the 'dear' context.
