I would love it if PVP was all together banned in Highsec, but unlike most I understand why it shouldnt be. Besides, highsec pvp isnt that hard to avoid.

You will see at lot of these posts due to drone agro issues and the MTU, best avoid using the MTU if using sentry drones

DMC is a good guy and I guess someone has to do it LOL

I don't think this guy will fall under the "new player" definition by any stretch of the imagination. New pilots are those that are still flying a frigate doing the new missions and maybe starting level 1's. Yes CCP likes to reserve ultimate power to smash people at their whim just in case they feel someone is getting over on the system.

If someone flying a billion ISK faction battleship was covered under the definition as a "new pilot" surely myself and many others would have been banned ages ago for ganking three month old pilots in Retrievers.
