Price Checks

Hello. Just wanted to drop in a quick PC one of my characters. Is a roughly 2m SP manufacturer worth selling? if so, how much could I get for it?
the essential skills are

Industry 5
Production Efficiency 5
Mass Production 5
Adv. Mass Production 4

tldr;
10 slots simple but perfect(no-waste) manufacturer.


One final question, If i trained him up for Research aswell with the following skills, what would his worth be then? (it would land around 4m SP then)

Science 5
Laboratory Operation 5
Adv. Laboratory Operation 4
Metallurgy 5
Research 5
