Cerebral Accelerator expiration technical question?

If a long skill is started while a cerebral accelerator is active, does the skill continue at the same training rate until it is finished or the skill queue is paused (or downtime pauses the skill queue) once the accelerator runs out of time? Or does the finish time change immediately?

ARGHHH ... I found out the hard way that the current skill continues at the accelerated pace after the accelerator expires, even after downtime -- until the current skill training is paused!

So plug in the longest skill you can before the accelerator expires & don't touch the queue.


P.S. I messed up after trying to calculate my current training rate using EVEMon, but EVEMon doesn't take accelerators into account properly so I made the mistake of pausing the queue & lost a couple of days.

Found this out the hard way too. Training level 5 Mechanics and I threw in a 1st level skill I "needed" and thus added 19 hours to my training time for the level 5. I kind of threw up a little in my mouth when I realized what I had done.
