Frankly, seeing the video about moving crates, I wonder how long would it take for someone to come up with the crazy idea of using ropes with a magnetic guided head. Fire the rope, guide it, stick it to the cargo, then pull it and use the guided head to stabilyze the cargo as you pull it. Also, going full crazy, I would add a remote control system so I didn't needed to leave my vehicle and climb into a control room just to open the garage door... Roll
