There is an EVE Hardcore mode.

We call it NRDS.

That's not EVE hardcore mode.
That's "oh my god we ran out of standings members have to do it now" mode.

it's called manually set everyone you don't like red and shoot them

instead of just shooting everyone you don't like

Yall just jelly of our 360noscopeKOS skillz.

BoBwins Law: As a discussion/war between two large nullsec entities grows longer, the probability of one comparing the other to BoB aproaches near certainty.

You must complete the following steps to enter hardcore mode.

1. Undock your pod and self destruct.

2. Do NOT update your clone after self destruction

3. Fit a t1 frig.

4. Locate a system where a fleet fight is going on. I'd suggest a CFC vs N3/PL fleet fight as those are the populair one now a days.

5. Upon locating the system, turn off your hud.

6. Travel towards the system.

7. Upon entering the system, locate the fleet fight and YOLO yourself in the middle of it.

8. Shoot everything and everyone.

9. Upon frig loss, get podded and respawn.

10. You have now entered hardcore mode ...

Obviously not a forum / spy / market alt ...

Nothing is stopping you from playing like that already.

I absoloutley agree. I was posing the question in reguards to what *YOU*, the rest of the public, think about the idea ?

I think its a bad idea.

1. This is EVE Online, Not Diablo 2 or Diablo 3
2. EVE is hardcore enough as is what with all the things to do and the larning curve
3. If this was implemented, it was just alienate more consumers and would lead to a subscriber loss, which would lead to Devs being laid off, which would lead to stangant development

maybe a section of space that is hardcore? where clones can't send their signals back. Don't go in that space and don't risk. Though maybe really good loot is there.

uhm...i played for years thinking null-seccers were crazy mofos for risking it all if they got caught without being able to upgrade after getting podded...
what if they forgot? bam! back to 900k

Honestly assumed that was the case till i actually went and joined a nullsec alliance a couple years ago with my jack-of-all-trades main.

haha...wow. after that my opinion of null-sec kinda dropped a tad
