Make acceleration gates non collidable

Bumping off the hitbox on these is tedious and unimmersive.

Warp to 10 km. Their box is so huge you still land at 0, but don't actually bump into them.

Ideally CCP should move their "at 0" warp-in to be farther off-center, same as it is with large stargates or stations.

No more frustrating and unimmersive than bumping off anything else. Remove collision?

Not sure if sarcastic because thought through this could be good ;)

Anyhow gates are specifically annoying because wtz lands you inside them whereas other objects haven't a default wtz.
