On most fits for tengu i saw ppl use 2x rigor rigs. This is my dilema i need to fit one ccc t2 rig and that leaves me with 250 calibration. Now i can place one t2 and one t1 rigor or one t2 rigor and one t2 flare (explosion velocity). Later looks like better option to me.
Any expert advice out there.

CCC rigs shouldn't be needed (unless you're using a medium shield booster, but that's unnecessary for L4).

As for the other rigs, Rigors are almost always preferable over Flares, even if they're only T1.
Here's a graph showing the DPS of one heavy launcher (Y axis), against a cruiser (120 sign), at max skills (not counting the Tengu bonuses). The X axis representing the velocity of the target.

However, don't forget that Rigors are useless with HAM, you'll have to use at least one Target Painter if you're using them.

t2 flare, rigor and CCC a nice combo. If you run hml.

Run this setup and gets me cap stable with a gist booster, AB and ECCM running full time. Gets you decent frigate killing performance. Since meant for HML, kill frigates and dessies at 50+ kms before they get close and start orbits. At 50+ km's they stil fly straight and are easier kills.
