In-Game Events and Gatherings

On January 18th 2014, RvB Ganked, one of EVE's longest running regular public roams will reach its 100th numbered event.

Now rather than running a regular roam to celebrate this momentous occasion with little result before our inevitable whelp, we will be setting up with Carriers, Dreadnaughts & supporting sub-caps in an as yet unannounced low security system, while inviting all of YOU to come defend us, kill us, or fight each other while we sit & spin our Capitals. Eventually we will die and everything will be over. Once the dust from all of this has settled, there will be prizes!

The system for the event will not be publicly announced until the day, however over the next few weeks I will suggest you plan what ships you think you will need, look into getting a clean clone - Estel Arador has the BEST service to use for this - & spread the word to your friends about Ganked 100. This should be a great way for everyone to kick off 2014, especially if you do not play in Sov wars or are yet to see Capitals up close.


EDIT: I recommend that high seccers attending in any capacity park themselves in the vicinity of Halaima. Lowsec folks, hang around lowsec ;)

Do you need to be a member of rvb to take part?

You only need to practice with us if you're coming in a capital, or maybe the slightly unusual T2 support cruiser fits.

All AF, BC, BS, HAC, etc pilots are welcome to just turn up on the day, x in "RvB Ganked" and join the party. Once more, shield tanked please, and try plug the EM hole.
