Singularity: Requests for account reactivation

I have a currently active account on the Tranquility server.

I have followed the following instructions to create a Singularity logon:

I see the Eve Loader and it shows a handful of people online on there, yet when i try and logon using my normal username and password I use for the live game, it says the username/password hasnt been logged on from this IP before and to name one of my characters. Whatever character I type it then says username/password error.

What gives?

The copy client is a fresh copy, not one made when my account was expired.


Please can my U/P be reset for singularity as I have stuff I would like to test

Hi!
Ive been a eve member for about 2 months now and i still cant enter singularity. Has there not been a mirroring yet?
When i try to log in it asks me for my ingame (character) name and when i type it in, it logs me out again...
So please help !
