hi cant log in to test server it is good on launcher with my username and pass word but when game starts it say's please go pay to start playing what do i need to do thank you

Hi, i´m getting this message when trying to log on test server:

Account EVE-SSO-CONNECTION has been disabled Last Login: 2014.06.12 17:26 Number of Visits: 7418 reason: Account subscription expired! Subscribe Now and continue playing!

I have an active and paid account on Tranquility.

Please help / advise.
