Amazon to Steam link for Eve?

Is there any way that something bought on amazon like a plex for instance can be linked to a steam user to redeem for said user?

Dont hold me to this as the last time I brought some thing like that for EVE it was a game time code from shattered crystal and they emailed me the code. I dont think it works like that with plex. As plex is an ingame item and can only be traded/contracted ingame.

Like i said dont hold me to this as im not upto date with plex sale eula rules

I would not recomend you buy anything for EVE that can be used in game from any internet store unless you know you are not breaking any eula rules.
