PLEX subscription expiration message not happening

It happened on this account and now my other account. The 10 day warning for PLEX expiration is not popping up.
I'm not seeing any warning before all of a sudden my account just shuts down and logs me off giving me the error subscription expired.

Has the popup been removed?
Is there some location on the character selection screen that displays a subscription warning because I don't see it.

The inspace pop-up seems to be gone. I finally found the subscription warning hidden under the three digit FRAPs FPS on the character screen.
Really don't glance at FPS on log-in so didn't notice it.
