Funny how we get blamed for for forcing the node down when there are 300 carriers dumping 10 sentries each and seemingly abandoning them to launch yet more.

It's easy to point blame when its been streamed live for many to view...

Because everything Boat says is the gospel truth and he never ever jokes or is sarcastic about things.

I thought boat was afk when it went down?

At least he stopped fcing us bombers and kcolor did it... was he still around and streaming?

Yeah he had come back at some around when all the titans came in.

I would like to thank whoever crashed the node, as a logi tasked with keeping cfc domis alive, this was the most boring exciting fight ever

Also after reading the last few pages I dearly regret not having bought stocks in the tin foil industry.

It is unclear if were going to see any sov transfers or not, but its clear things between the CFC and N3 just got hotter.

Rage much Mittens? The more I read of this SOTA, the more I was reminded of the film "Downfall"

I look forward to more rage and foam at the mouth vitriol from Adolf Mittler. What a strange angry little man.

Protect me from knowing what I don't need to know. Protect me from even knowing that there are things to know that I don't know. Protect me from knowing that I decided not to know about the things that I decided not to know about. Amen.

Riddle me this.

If we cant kill it with our numbers what chance does anyone else stand?

A rather good chance, as long as they use the right tool, unlike the CFC did until now.
That's a silly argument, numbers aren't always the deciding factor.

Well lets look at this.

They are immune to any subcap fleet and they have the largest supercap fleet.

Who else has the power to stop them?

a) They aren't immune to bombers, you won't break them but you'll stop them from dealing damage.

b) Not my issue.

That's not my point.

My point is that whining about a tactic that overcomes superior numbers is silly, and that is it.
All you have to do is come up with a superior tactic, which is what the "train dreads" post is for.

As for the supercap superiority: you're the attacking party.
Your industrial machine is intact, your carebears can do their thing freely.
Build your own, use alliance funds to buy pilots.
Problem solved.

Also, stop them doing...?

Aren't immune to bombers? Have you any idea how many sentry drones fit in the 80,000m3 drone bay on an archon? I'll tell you its 3,200. Likewise at 7 bombs at a time you have NO chance of doing any appreciable to an Archon.

Also, supers and super pilots don't grow on trees.

what about "warp to 0" with fleet of smart-bomb BSs? Sentry will be dead on launch. carriers can't go anywhere. Even fighters will have bad time.

add here fleet of close range dreadnoughts and you are ok.

Carriers turn on their own smartbombs and the combined power kills that battleship fleet...

I don't think you should judge the success or otherwise of any given doctrine from one half-completed node-crashed battle. Wars like this always come down to attrition, don't they.

We also go through a week to a month of welps at the start of every war too and DBRB gets relegated to frigate/cruiser fleets.

TL;DR of the past 3 pages ...

Goons whining because they just got caught deliberately crashing the game (akin to a DDOS).

Goons whining that it was actually PL/N3's fault because they dared to play the game as intended.

Moar glorious tears about drones.

What we are yet to see

Goons admitting that they have lost control of the narrative at this point and are quickly becoming Morhus Mihi.

Mittani seems to be broken and stuck in a circular arguement with himself about drones.

Funny that Slowcats weren't "a broken exploited fleet comp thats only used by cowards" when goons still called them "Das Boot" and had enough people logging in with them to rofl stomp N3 in the north Roll

Back then we didn't have 250+ using drone assist.

is it standard for sentry-cap fleet to have smartbombs onboard?

Please provide this evidence that shows we are causing the nodes to crash and that its not the fact that there are thousands of drones being deployed, called back, redeployed, abandoned and fresh ones launched by both sides.

Best way to clear out frigs and fighters and fighter bombers. I would be surprised if they didn't at least have them in the hold to fit.

Yes, every combat carrier and/or triage carrier keeps smarties onboard. Remember carriers can just refit in space to react to what is going on on the field.

I think there are 4-5 faction larges in my carrier as we speak.

Not to mention something like 1200 or so sentry IIs.....but no fighters, fighters are the touch of death.

Yes, I'm sure everyone of your carrier pilots controlled his own drones and choose his own targets like a true PvP hero
