Denouncement of a Caldari State Pilot

I am denouncing Ber Kan As a Caldari State Navy Pilot. He has shown no recent interest within Caldari State Affairs.

Further more, due to his "Influence", he not only had my small corporation asked to leave the State Militia for his incompetence at keeping certain State Facilities managed, but having himself blown them up. He is a liar, a cheat, and a person of interest in what I hope will soon become an investigation in not just one but multiple incidents involving certain State losses in both system's, fleets as well as Navy hubs.

It is at this time, his asset's within Caldari State borders have been put on hold, as well as several of his other types of "Training" facilities. These places have been found to not only take veteran and new State pilot's and other base-liner to capsuleer pilots, and incorporating them to have the option of not just joining the state, but leaving the state to join the Guristas.

Including to this, I wish to Have him set as an OUTLAW and opened towards being hunted. He is to have a raised bounty upon his head. He is to be denied at any and all Caldari Navy facilities as well as cloning facilities within the state. It is my goal to have him deprived of his access to where he states that he love's and works for.

I have already spoken to several ranking officer's and as of 0120 hours yesterday, he has had his rank and service stripped from the Caldari Navy records. He has been blacklisted within several operations group for the Navy, and is on a hunt list for several different Caldari special forces groups.

Alaric Ber Kan Scandoveski again is a traitor to the State, and a Straitor to it's ways.

I could say the same but I do not know you as much as that man. He has abused his powers far beyond what should be allowed on both a capsuleer standpoint, as well as what should be allowed as a Colonel within the navy.

Well I guess that depends on what context the "abuse of power" comes in, and exactly what is defined as 'power'.

When I was enlisted I was often guilty of taking full advantage of the perks of my position, I'd often come back for second helpings at dinner time in the mess, despite only being permitted the one. And I'd often get discounts when shopping for a new vessel by telling the sales people that I was a ship-critic working for Cal Navy.

Just quietly, of course.

And even since retiring and being contracted on a casual basis as a Morale Officer I can admit to often using my State credit line for much more than what appears on the ledger, typically station capacitor refills and travel allowance. *cough*

He has used his position to do the following:

1. Amass legal, and illegal weapons, drugs, and other contraband items.
2. Using Caldari State fund's and resources to provide boost and funds for Guristas pilots.
3. Provided Guristas, Neutral, Low-sec, Nul-sec, and Worm-Hole Corporations and Alliances information upon Caldari state movements.
4. Has requisitioned several Caldari State owned Capitals for his use, to even keeping them.
5. Has used his power's to have several members of known pirate organizations to enter Caldari Navy facilities.
6. Has used his power's to gather intel on multiple ranking personnel Caldari Navy members and corporations to assist in multiple scam's and fund stealing.
7. He has used his power's to free known criminal personnel as well as certain persons of interests in different times and locations.


These are but a few of his current uses of power and abilities from the state that was given to him.

I don't think you realise just how full the militias are of this kind of person. It stems from a.... certain lack of faith in the systems people become forced into.

And? If you really want to do that, and have this done? Sure. Spew all achievement's here. I don't mind. And I will openly admit to all that has been said. Oh and that Incident in Tunttaras? Yea. That was due to a failure upon local technician staff in handling the reactor core of the debris of a Drake hitting it. Thankfully all localized towns and most people there within the base escaped alive. A clone of mine did not.

*tries to suppress laughter* you militia types are amusing at best hazard to navigation at worst. but please do something other than posture in IGS as far as i know as CEO of the corporation wouldn't you be honor bound to find him and end his existence even if momentarily for being a traitor? rather than just tossing him out of the corporation

I once had a disturbing encounter with Ber Kan, face to face, in the flesh...or I thought I had.
A lot of things are not what they appear to be, even more so when Ber Kan is involved.

He was Never apart of this corporation, or any Militia corporation from my records. He is a lie and cheat. He deserves nothing from the state, and should never have been given his title's or rank.
