Crash on startup and DisplayLink

If you consistently crash on startup and have a DisplayLink driver installed, please make sure you have the latest version of that driver. If EVE still crashes try uninstalling the driver.

There are know issues with DisplayLink and DirectX11 that should be fixed with the latest version. This may also cause crashes in the launcher when trying to change the setting for DirectX version EVE uses, as the method we use to detect if DX11 is supported is enough to trigger the crash in the driver.
