Title says it all. Payment negotiable. Contact me for further details. Specialty in ancient Athran culture a plus, but all specialties welcome.

Fear of water a deal breaker.

EDIT: So apparently I was being to vague and have been smacked around to provide details..
What seems to be an old underwater construct was found off the coast of my beach pproximately four days ago. An entryway was found leading through the ceiling of a busted up foyer with writing on columns. I can't read em, not familiar at all. Orbital imagery shows this to be one room in a rather large and twisting compound. The area is currently cordoned for safety measures. I want to know what this place is before I send anyone or anything deeper to explore it.

Must have experience piloting robotic lobsters?

For the first time since I started the conversation, he looks me dead in the eye. In his gaze are steel jackhammers, quiet vengeance, a hundred thousand orbital bombs frozen in still life.

Archaeology, eh?

Well, as it turns out, my brilliant research is unsurpassed and will probably make my name live beyond eternity.

Give me a few days to study available data, and I'll take a crack at it if you want.

Uuuh you might need the data I got to study it. Or do you mean general info on cultures?

Athran culture. It shouldn't take more than a couple of days to have it memorized. I would assume that you'd rather keep any data you have locally stored, so I'll have a look when I'm there in person. Might be a good chance to test some drone variants as well. Also, given her credentials, I would think that Miss Valate's offer should be accepted.

Interesting turn of career, Anslo. Much more respectable than piracy.

Best of luck with your findings.

I'm not a pirate. I'm just an *******. And yeah I figured...this thing...I dunno what it is...and people swim near it. Not smart. Must explore. Must science.

My field of experience lies more in ancient wrecks and Sleepers.
Good luck with finding someone.

Closest to an eye patch is one of those stupid monocles...forget that crap. Anyway, still taking offers from anyone interested.

Memorizing a whole culture in a few days ? How do you do that ?

Eidetic memory, and a lack of sleep for several days.

I can't present the answer in a more literal way, really. The details behind it would doubtless bore you too no end.

I would really be curious to know. That is a technology I never heard of. I specialize in wetware and network interfaces, and the most advanced tech I know of are skillbooks, and they barely scratch the issue.

I assume that such a technology would have made the news by now, though maybe you are privy to experimental stuff that I am unaware of ?
