Unused T2 mod changes.

Been thinking for a while, that there are Tech 2 mods in the game which it doesn't make any sense at all to use because there meta 4 version is just as good, with an easier fitting requirement.

Shouldn't you be rewarded with a better mod for doing the training to reach T2?

Tech 2 heavy neuts and Tech 2 Armor plates stand out as the biggest problem with this. No one in their right mind would use a T2 plate as the meta 4 is cheap, fits better, and has a lower penalty.

Shouldn't Tech two be a step above t1? More so if the are harder to fit?

Maybe at one point the meta 4 mods were alot more in prices, but because of the mission farming they are no longer. Isn't it about time you looked into tweaking these and many other T2 mods that are bettered by there cheaper, low skill requirement mods.

Don't ask about Italics, just tilt your head.
