So hi all,

In a fit of shirt designing I decided to start putting together a EVE themed shirt to put of for sale on Redbubble. Halfway through that fit of shirt designing I realized that CCP might not appreciate me using the Avatar titan for said shirt and turning a profit on it. I am no lawyer so the limits as to what we can use CCP's intellectual property is completely unknown to me.

I found this: http://www.redbubble.com/people/aatman/t-shirts/7580773-caldari-chimera laying around however that did not give me any confidence because this very poor college student cannot afford very expensive legal fees.

So an official reply or something to that effect would be of great help.

The official answer is almost certainly going to be no.

Sorry to burst your bubble but "almost certainly going to be no." could be rather incorrect as different companies have different polices on these sort of things. (see the fair use agreement among other things) Really this area of the law is so hairy I would rather honor what CCP's opinion or wishes, rather than just go ahead with it and risk stepping on toes.
