disappearing supers

today i should of had a hel and nyx finish yet both of them aren't in any of my pos's. does anyone have idea how to fix this? its pretty annoying waiting 3 weeks and having bomber 5 to get a nope thrown in your face.

It's kinda worring how more and more stuff is missing from TQ (LP points, LP prizes, supers....) :P
