My thought process was that this would be something say a new joiner to the game could use and the collective effort of individuals who network and pool their money, to support the idea.

- Have an idea, but can't afford to set it up
- People fund the idea based on what they get out of it (REWARDS)

Lets take your example:

I decide i want to buy say a titan bpo. I open a crowd funding project to line my wallet with the isk....Why would people want to fund my **** over say their own?

Answer: Once the project is successful the project owner could state that he/she will reward the crowd by providing x number of copies

Like I said this was an idea, I did not say it was a good idea.... plus helped me learn a lot of PHP coding and API integration.
