WH structure that when popped...?

Hey folks! Solicitation for information time.

There's a wormhole structure that, when popped, prompts the user that something was missed, or that valuable something-or-other is drifting in the void, or something like that. Anyone have any references for this? I know I've read about it before, but I don't recall the key words to differentiate it from the chaff.

Did CCP ever bring those back? Those sites were removed because nothing would spawn other than the "beacon" (all signature beacons are now hidden).

I was navigating holes a couple nights ago, and spotted an Integrated Terminus in a C4! So, yep, they exist again. :D
