Looking to buy 8 Moros/Naglfar/Revelation pilots, each for 10B or under.

Requirements
  • T1 Siege
  • L5 Core Skills (CPU Management, Power Grid Management, etc)
  • L3 Dread Support Skills (Gallente Dreadnaught 3, Capital Repair Systems 3, Capital Hybrid Turret 3, etc)
If you're looking to sell one, post your EveBoard link as well as asking price. Please only post characters that you are willing to sell within the budget.

I can sell you 8 identical narrowly trained moros pilots but your budget is incredibly low for what you're asking for. We'd be talking 12 at least.

The pilots should have around 10m SP (3 months training for dread hull and another 6 months to train capital support skills/modules). The general rule is 10m SP for 3B. Throw in another bil for cap skill books and a few bil for specialization, that is 7-8B. One month is one million SP.

11M SP = 10 months = 5B of training + 2B specialization bonus + 1B skill books = 8B. That's a very generous specialization bonus too... most unfocused characters around here sell for about what it cost to train or a bit more them to be honest.

I'm not looking to spend 1b/million SP...

Your forgetting the time and effort to train said chars.. Moros pilots will automaticly sell for more as they are in demand..

and that fella is THE ONLY guy in eve that can supply you with what u need by any stretch of your imagination...

so u sir will be lucky to get even 1..

Thanks, but I am not looking for extremely focused characters. I edited it as I realized Moros pilots are going to be in higher demand than others.

I have seen deals with Nag/Rev pilots for around 8B. He's not the only one who can supply me, I don't know where you got that from; I'm not looking to buy 8 pilots all at once, I'm looking to buy from multiple different people...

Also, did you not notice the 2B bonus to specialization? That's a decent profit for 10 months passive income.

I think you may have an easier time if you spend some time grinding isk to raise your budget. For what you are asking for you are looking at 11bil +.

Probably a tad bit out of budget and has Caps 5, Small laser 5, and other stuff I don't need.

Edit: Just did the math. For what I'm looking for, it's around 10.5m SP. Most 11m SP characters go for a 5 bil B/O, never mind the actual end price (4.5 or so). My offer of 8B for 11m SP is a huge profit margin for whoever is selling, and is considerably high even for what I am looking for.

Unfortunately supply and demand isn't based upon what you think gives the seller a fair profit. You're in competition with people richer than you, either match their price or go without.

What we're looking for is 11m SP exact. I used Evemon to double check. Assuming that was with +2s, that's 7 months. That's 4B at current prices to PLEX, 1B for skillbooks, and 3B for specialization bonus.

You're incorrect about being in competition with people "richer" than me. That's not relevant. What is relevant is that I'm looking specifically for around 11m SP, while the other so called "richer" people are looking for pilots with more SP.

For what I am looking for specifically, my price is fair. Now, if I was looking for more SP for the same price, then I would agree with you, but dread pilots are not going for 1B/million SP.

The only issue with my post is that it is very uncommon to have such low SP dreadnought pilots, hence the few replies. People come here thinking I'm looking to buy high-SP characters, I'm not. My price is fair, and is relatively generous for what I'm looking for.

To put it bluntly, you have absolutely no clue, at least when it comes to capital pilots.

Firstly, Moros pilots aren't at any kind of a premium. Anyone with any kind of clue as to how dreads work is very radpily swapping to naglfars (even those who aren't intelligent should've picked up by now with the cfc finally putting 2 and 2 together and hurf blurfing it up).

Secondly, 8b is a pipedream for a working dread pilot. There are many folks such as myself, and those like me, buying up dread/carrier chars with vastly more isk to spend than yourself(or at least willing to spend a more realistic amount.)

I have previously thrown buyout offers at X ATM0 for all of his dread chars >8b per char for ALL of them - which he turned down.

The best you can hope to get for 8b is something with hilarious amounts of useless/wasted SP (say something stupid like a rev pilot with minor industry skills and a shield tank), or something requiring several months of polishing in order to work at even a basic level.

I wish you luck, but you won't get any proper dread chars for what you're offering, nor anything close in bulk.

I will state flatout that I, or the others looking for chars, will straight up outbid you the second any decent dread char pops up for anywhere near 8b. ;)

I'd suggest looking only for revelations (the bargain bin basement dwelling worst dread in the game) and be willing to take chars several months off of being able to fly at a basic level if you wish to keep your current price point.

I'm glad I could help you find some characters. I've listed out the math, and I've done it several times on Evemon. I have no interest in arguing about this further. I'm not trying to get this thread locked.

I'm looking for specialized characters. That means 11m SP goes ALL in skills for a Moros. That is possible, and it is called a starter character. It's also fine if they don't have any of the capital skills trained, as long as it is ready to train into a dread. I'm looking for specific characters that do fit within my budget, but are simply uncommon to find.

Have a nice day, and please don't spam my thread if you're simply not willing to read the above posts. I have made it clear that I am looking for very specific characters, ones that are worth what I'm offering.
