Unable to Ctrl+C Copy Items Only?

Good morning.

Ctrl+C is bound as 'Copy' and cannot be changed. At present, it works for text, both in and out of EVE.

However, it does not copy item names or numbers, thus rendering me unable to use Evepraisal or even list items for sale on the forums.

This is vexing.

Ctrl+A works fine, as does Ctrl+V, and Ctrl+C will work on selectable text in game such as chat responses. However, it will not work for items, which is a problem as I am trying to sell a large volume.

It worked prior to Rubicon, but has not been tested for several weeks since. I first noticed the issue yesterday.
